Vumatel a complete ****

I’ve been waiting for the installation to be done since last year December, I have logged more that 7 tickets I’ve been promised that the technician will contact but up until this far there’s no communique even went as far as going to Vodacom and we called vumatel and they promised to send us an email we’re are wil explain everything that transpired because from their side it shows that the t has been activated. We even contacted head office but still we haven’t been helped. We requested a refund but still nothing
