Vumatel a bunch of incompetence

So afrihost and vumatel debited me the incorrect amount for my home fibre on the 1st of August, after speaking to multiple people from afrihost billing to fibre department regarding my refund, they keep saying I'm gonna get a refund or get charged pro rata, however to premiums after the issue they still haven't done anything, I'm actually spending more just trying to get my refund, Vumatel and afrihost, terrible companies to deal with.
