I made a payment to vumatel via my banking app on Friday. This is not the first time I've done it, and it worked well before I called after a few hours of not being connected and I was told the turn around time is 12 hours. I waited the whole weekend for a connection but still nothing On Monday I called again and they said I send them a proof of payment because the funds are not reflecting on their side, I sent the pop but still I haven't received the help I'm looking I am sent from pillar to post.
Vumatel just refund me back my money or fix your mess
