Vumatel

The worse company you can ever go with.

Here is the story: I have been IP blocked using Rockstar game download called REDM. I have emailed Rockstar and the information back was that I am not banned nor blocked. When I log on using a VPN then that confirms it to me, as I can log on and load into anything/game. As of Friday night I have been fighting with Afrihost to renew my IP of which MUST be done through Vumatel. I have since then made 3/4 tickets with afrihost to hurry up the situation as I am a streamer and gamer and this is my side job to make extra cash. I have even tried to get hold of a employer at vumatel to no avail and a cold shoulder of help. I am now at wits end with these people. Igen, vox any other company come support Algoa park because I would join in a heart beat than deal with Vumatel assholes again. There is NO customer support as you need to go through your ISP and this makes all the IPS's that go through Vumatel look so bad to the point that it would be faster for me to have just changed ISP's than to wait for a helping hand from Vumatel.

I am fed up and DONE as I am a streamer/gamer, and this is my part time job to make extra money.

Do not support Vumatel at all. I wish I could change but this is my only option.
