Vumatel

My son app**** for fibre installation end of June Webafrica/Vumatel. He paid and the rooter were delivered. Now for Vumatel - oh boy!!. Our address doesn't exist, we haven't app**** for fibre installation, we already have fibre installed, they need proof of residence, they can't find the house, at times ignoring us, and so it goes on.... One excuse after the other. Going for 3 months now.... I have never seen such bad, pathetic service in my life. I don't know how the hell they can still be in business. Please, please don't waist your time and money - you will pay but not get service. So much for fibre installation... Regards from Meyerton.
