Vumatel

It's a pity that we are stuck with being provided with fibre in our area through Vumatel's monopoly. My internet is down for 5 days and my ISP informed me that Vumatels turnaround is 72 hours and 120 hours later there is still no resolution to my issue. Talk about how big business can kill a small business by not fulfilling their obligation to provide a service that is paid for upfront. You can't even get hold of Vumatel to resolve the issue as you have to communicate with them through your ISP. Can't wait to find an alternative to them in the near future.
