Vumatel

I have app**** for a Fibre service with vumatel and their isp for me would be Afrihost. Their consultant by the name of Phumeza gave me the easy pay number to pay R399 for the order to be processed. To my surprise she entered the wrong address and name and service went to Johanna Ledwaba and when I tried to phone them to rectify their mistakes they sending me from pillar to post and now I can't get my R399 back. Their service is so poor and I don't think I'll consider them anytime. Their service is rotten to the core, I'm very ****ed right now
