I order fibre wifi on the 9 February 2024 and paid R498.99 the same day and promised installation will happen in 7 working day. After 7 days I started to enquire about installation through whatsup they said their technician said cell does not exist. then I said let me cancel the order. In two days their accounts dept called me on the same number that thier tech says does not exit. I have been taken from dept to dept without my refund or installation I have letter from the bank my copy of ID nothing is happening
