Vumatel *****ulently gave my WiFi line to a neighbour and refused to help me get it back. They eventually started telling me stories and refused to give me a new package. I am kindly requesting for assistance in getting my line back since the line is still in my name and unable to get a new one because it’s reflects active on their system
