I logged a call on the 25th Jan with cool ideas about a damaged vuma cable. On the 26th vma came out and said the cable needs to be replaced. We said go ahead. Today, a week later NOTHING has been done! I've called in to cool ideas once a day and keep hearing that they have escalated it and are waiting for vuma to come to the party.

This is poor service take to another level!

People work from home, kids do homework, research and projects

But at the end rest assured that my account will be debited and they will get paid for their disgusting service and of course to add insult to injury I am still paying for data and phone calls made to these useless companies
