Vumatel

My wifi is on and off for the past 3weeks i phone Afrihost and according to them there was a problem on my line. They log the call to Vumatel and since today i am waiting on response from Vuma my wifi disconnect and connect after every 10min. Monthly you must pay in full but your wifi is off. That is annoying me. Please Help
