Vumatel

I ordered a wifi router from webafrica the end of September once the router was delivered I was then told that Vumatel would be doing my installation and they would contact me after 5 working days after 5 working days I received no call or any word from vumatel I logged 3 or 4 calls with webafrica stating that I had received no word from vumatel it's is now almost the end of October and I still haven't received any call from vumatel to do my router installation it's now going on to week 4 which means I've had my router for almost a month with out no word from vumatel I had to contact vumatel on Twitter for agent to ask me if the installation was done even after I told them on Twitter that no one from vumatel has contacted me this is really annoying and really off putting and basically pathetic service from vumatel
