I requested a Fibre connection which is month to month payments. In December I was advised that I needed to pay R1100 for the previous month that was not paid and the recent month. In January I adhered to the request but there was no connectivity. I called and I was advised that it's a month to month Fibre connection needed to pay R1100 again and it's for the Wi-Fi router service. I was never told about the service fee when I requested for the Fibre connection. I'm very disappointed with the service. This is my second time using their service but this time it is very disappointing and unprofessional.
