Vumatel

I app**** for the fiber installation on the 4th of July 2023,the sales agent was very friendly and he promised me that the turnaround time was 2 days provided I make a payment, I was given a reference number and i made a payment but even now the the router is not Installed is been two weeks.the sad part the is there is no correspondence from the Vumatel,I have sent them an email but even now there is no resolution.
