Vumatel

Overall I am extremely dissapointed with Vumatel. They scheduled an appointment for 12:30-1: 00 pm. The techs arrived at around 2 pm. Very unprofessional and did not apologise for the delay or give a valid reason as to why they were late. When the installation took place they were rushed and didn't even make the wires and pvc piping look neat. Again unfortunately Vuma runs a monopoly in my area so I am pretty sure nothing will be done about the zero effort below standard of work received. To say this job is worth R100 let alone the quoted R1710 is unbelievable and sad. Thanks for nothing Vumatel, for wasting my time, money and patience
