Vumatel 20 days from sign up for install not acceptable

We signed up for fibre last Friday and are recieving the ****le tomorrow

Yet when querying with Vumatel when they are coming to install

The have stated 2nd February 20 DAYS LATER

SHOCKING TIME WINDOW TO INSTALL ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE

20 DAYS TO SET UP IS A REDICULOUS DELAY

ITS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL WE WANT OUR INSTALL BY NEXT WEEK WHICH IS MORE THAN REASONABLE
