Vumatel 2 week Line release delay for a cancelled service more than a year ago

By far the worst service provider to exist in SA.

I recently moved into a seperate entrance where a second fiber line was installed as the previous tennant who moved out 1 year ago had vumareach fiber. Fast forward to apply for fiber 2 weeks ago through an ISP only to be told that i cannot get a service because thr is an active line. Despite sending proof of address and tracking the previous tennant down to forward proof of cancellation from their ISP including sending lease agreemeements. 2 weeks later!!! Still the address is listed with an active line? How does vumatel take 2 weeks to release a line? Thr is no router no active service. Its like trying to buy a farm. The service from vumateo is extremely poor. As soon as openserve lays their infrastructure here vumatel will be non existant.
