We have been waiting for 3 months to have the installation finalised. Every time you phone with your reference number you case gets 'escalated'. We were promised that a manager will come and do a 'site-inspection'. No phone call no site manager for the past 10 days.

You are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I received a phone call from a so called "manager" on Tuesday, who promised that we will be contacted on that day. We are still waiting for someone or the so called lady that will send someone to assess the situation.
This "manager" told me that they only called me because it was posted on "Hallo Peter".
If you cannot do the job or not interested then at least 'act' professional and own up.
This is a shocking, disappointing experience.
