Vumatel

Vumatel is pathetic. Fibre cables was installed in Trekhaven, Foresthaven, Phoenix in early 2021. The contractors digging on site and caused interruption to our electricity & water services due to them damaging cables. That being said, I subscribed to Webafrice for Fibre as my road is eligible to have Fibre. The Webafrica contractor came out install mu Fibre today only to be told that Vuma did not install cables all the way to my complex. This would cost me an additional R3000 R3000 to have them dig up to run cables onto my complex. The infrastructure is pathetic from Vumatel, and this is loss of contracts with relevant service providers as Fibre cannot be connected in our flats without an additional fee to run further cables.

Trying to a hold of Vumatel is useless as they do answer their phones.
