For this month i payed double.. We are on day 23 of the month and my wifi has been off for 11 days.. You cant get a hold of anyone on there whatsapp group there is no number you can call.. This is a ******** compony how can you take money and not deliver your promise that i payed for or why not give me credit for the next mont to make up for the days were i payed but could not use my wifi.. Only number they have is for new clients.. They should say on there page phone this number if you want us to ***** your money and not give you any client assistance.. Where in the world can you run a company that only has a number for new institutions and not for paying customers that has issues with your **** assistance.. Waiting 4 days for someone to reach out to me on a whatsapp message with till today no answer
