Vumatel = 0 service delivery

Pathetic service!! I've submitted my order in August already, stil no fibre. After hours on the phone getting one reference no from Vumatel, to phoning the ISP, who is Vodacom BTW, getting another reference no, sending mails without reply. Still NO FIBRE!!! Useless is what you are
