Vumatel 0% customer service
Shamefull service Vuma and Webafrica is more like a syndicate that preys on the middle class where they promise helpful service but that all stops after your paymenta goes through... Once you have a problem with your line be prepared to not be helped and just have your time waisted

And I was called this morning and was told Id be called back in 15mins but once again the day is almost over and nothing was accomplished.. And bear in mind ive been waiting and been put through for help for almost 5 months now and im just being taken for a fool every single time... You guys customer service needs major changes... Its truly appalling how you treat paying customers...
