Vumatal Installation done wrong

Being a client with Vumatel close on 4 years, I thought I would never have to write this. When Vuma was still small, their service was the impeccable compared to Helkom. They pull of the line into the house was paid for it wiht no issues and unfortunately I was not there to oversee that work. Its was done with the outside box plastered into the boundary wall allowing for no movement, CPE box internally installed upside down (why would you do this?). Now that I logged a ticket for it to be rectified, the response for it to be at my cost for a improper install not reported earlier, forgetting how how long I've been with them. I'm frustrated with the response and only Helkom treated me like this. Looks like I will have to see what my options are now and advise friends, colleagues (since I'm in the IT industry) and family to move off, if this is what the level of service has dropped to.
