Vumatal a complete FLOP!

We moved into a new home on 30 May 2021, and first thing we did was start Fibre connection process through Cool ideas, to their benefit Cool ideas as a ISP has been responsive and although not perfect tried to assist. Vumatal has been till today showed up once and said they couldn't connect due to technical fault and would send out another team. They have not been back since. Today is 15 days since we have started the process with no WIFI. Vumatal have appeared unbothered, have no sense of urgency and no effort to reach out and give progress or explain delays. They are not reachable or able to assist with proper status updates.

Cool ideas themselves have come near to telling us to try somewhere else as they too have been let down by Vumatel.
