Vuma's Poor service

Last month my brother paid vuma but it never worked. It takes them45mins to answer their calls. When we asked that happened they told us that we have to pay them again Yesterday my brother paid again but still it's not working they said they will come at 12pm but we have been waiting till now this is unprofessional and ********* of them
