Vumahell - The useless face of nothingness

If at first it works don't get excited!!! Week 2 and my fiber is still down with no end in site.

Vumatel took 5 days before they logged a ticket and sent me an sms and now we wait for their 3rd party contractor to maybe do something.

We all have had a taste of the lie's and stories and unless you are technical and have the ability to test the fiber yourself you have no idea who to believe. Well I can categorically tell you 99% of the time Vumatel blame CoolIdeas, Vox, Afrihost, Web Africa and anyone except themselves.

When you have a problem you log it with your ISP, they log it with Vumatel and then a week or more later it gets logged with someone else.......and poor you and me:( As bad as Telkom where Openserve seems to be much better.
