Vuma - Worst service

If I could give a negative star I would. The worst service ever. I have been waiting over a month for the fibre to be activated. First they give a time for installation, then arrive 2 hours late. I had to take time off from work just to sit and wait for them for 2 hours. Then the team cannot complete the installation because they need another team to splice. Then apparently the other team came and went a week later and still it is not working. When phoning them you're on hold for 20 minutes and when you finally get through, they drop the call, and then you have to start the whole process all over again. And in the mean time, still no internet access. Totally disgusted with their service.
