Vuma wifi

I’m extremely disappointed to be writing this review, but my experience with Vuma has been nothing short of frustrating.

Late last year, around the end of September, my WiFi started acting up. At first, it wasn’t a major concern, but when I made my payment at month-end, Vuma then had an outage. They later claimed the issue couldn’t be fixed due to safety concerns for their workers, which is understandable. However, from that moment until now, I’ve been the one constantly reaching out via WebAfrica, their communication platform, to request my refund—with no success.

The lack of communication from their side is shocking and unprofessional, making it clear that customer service is not their priority. If you’re considering Vuma as your WiFi provider, be aware of their poor service and lack of accountability.
