Vuma WIFI

Good day,

I reached out to vuma for a quotation. Inserting myself and fiancé's details. After getting a quote it went down hill from there.

None stop calls from different employees. I don't think they communicate with one another. After the phone call regarding the quotation we scheduled for someone to come and see if we need any extra things installed because previously tenants had vuma as well. All of a sudden an amount was deducted from my fiancé's bank account and a router showed up. Confused because we haven't set a date for installation and if we were going to use them I contacted the sales person whom reached out to me previously to get our address to see if there is fiber. No help at all. Takes days for a response or I get left on read. Different employees kept calling me or my fiancé. Finally a guy shows up saying he's here to do a repair? We told him the whole story and he did the installation. He then left and a few minutes later I get a call saying they are at my gate to do the installation but it was just done? I explained it has been done and he said he'll put in a report to the office. 2 days later I get a WhatsApp asking if the installation was done and if wifi is working. There have been none stop phone calls to my phone from vuma. I don't have any signal to answer.

All I ask is please communicate. Its really frustrating to keep explaining the situation to every vuma person that calls.
