VUMA: Where Customer Service Goes to Die

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid Vuma at all costs. My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of disastrous. Due to an error on their part, my account was incorrectly captured, and I've spent the past two months trying to get it resolved.

The customer care team, including Kagiso, Nkateko, and Jeanette, has been woefully inadequate. They seem to be ill-equipped to handle issues, and management is never available to escalate cases. To add insult to injury, Vuma refuses to refund or credit days where internet service is disrupted, unlike other ISPs.

If you value your sanity, stay far, far away from Vuma. If Vuma is the only infrastructure provider in your area, consider banding together with your community to find alternative solutions. Trust me, you won't regret it.
