Vuma vs vodacom

I'm having a constant battle between vuma and vodacom to get my internet back on line.I need to pay my isp(vodacom).the send me a link to pay and once i open it it goes through a vuma portal. The portal keeps giving me the following information ERROR An error occurred while processing your request Payment with id 88aa8 ect has already been processed. So know i call vodacom again and they tell me to contact vuma that then tells me i must contact my isp.this is going on for 4 days now.the one tells me to contact the other.must say vodacom tried to help everytime but vuma just don't care to help.it's there portal. Sort the problem out
