Vuma unresponsive and poor repair support

Internet has been down since last night 08.09.2023. Called logged and Vuma arrived the next day without notice. Left and said it was repaired - however outside fibre box is left open with wires hanging out & internet connects and disconnects continuously. I understand things go wrong - but the biggest issue is the fact u cannot communicate with Vuma directly. I have to phone Afrihost, who have no idea what Vuma is doing and say it can take up to 72hours to respond.
