VUMA THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR ****MER EMPLOYEES

I was looking on Facebook for Fibre providers in the new area I was re-locating to on Tuesday. A person who stated he works for Vuma, and even has the employee ID card contacted me to assist. I made payment, I was sent an Vuma invoice everything, but turns out he is a ****mer. I approached Vuma for my refund, and they are just pulling up their shoulders. This person left the company 6 months ago, how is it still possible for to have the Vuma ID card??
