Vuma tel failure to refund.
Iam not happy with the service I received from Vuma, the asked me to pay 500 rand before installing the fibre. When they realised that they cannot install since there’s no pole next to my home. They are now struggling to refund me. I have been sending them messages but no one seem to be interested in my queries.

I wouldn’t have brought this matter here if I was assisted. If you also cannot help me out. Leave it. You can’t tell me contact people I have been contacting since last month and I have been ignored numerous times. Your WhatsApp lady is so rude!
