Vuma tel customer service

I’ve been struggling with the internet I emailed they and they said my account was suspended, they deducted the money but I’m still not connected, their life chat is useless you wait for over and still not get assigned. They should just have customer service number for their customers since the live chat is useless I’m so disappointed I’ve been with they since 2023
