Vuma Techs and support are very poor

Vumatel are so bad, my line was down and the call was passed to them from Bitco and the technician came onsite to the wrong unit and when I approached and asked him to come check my issue he declined and said he is here for another unit and he left, but when I finally got hold of Bitco support they advised the tech was onsite, and I said that is not true as he left, and now I am still down and waiting for another technician to come through.
