Vuma technicians dont come out
My Fiber has been down from the 27th of September a ticket was logged for a technician to come out now its 12 days later and everyday i call they say a tech would be sent out but no1 has come yet , its is bull**** this company doesnt care about their customers and are not helpful at all.
