Vuma technicians causing problems.

Vuma technicians are always causing problems for me, everytime the open the black box outside the house I loose signal and they don't fix this problem before they leave.This happens EVERYTIME they touch the box. How can vuma technicians be so unprofessional? they come to work in one house and leave about 4 houses without signal. The very same people who should be solving our wifi problems are now the ones causing problems for us. Yesterday they did the same thing, no signal here since yesterday and I'm working from home.
