Vuma Support Is Inefficient and Useless

We requested router reactivation on 21 December 2025, and after repeated follow-ups, the service is still not active. Despite receiving multiple “issue resolved” notifications, nothing has actually been done. The support provided by Vuma has been inefficient, unhelpful, and very disappointing. This delay has seriously impacted our operations, and we expected much better service. We hope the company takes urgent action to resolve this.
