Vuma / Supersonic bad service and holding payments.

Vuma which it's contractor as a service provider Supersonic, their service is bad and disrespectful. It's been for days I paid my connectivity account and my line is not yet open, while should the cut off date comes they cut connectivity with no hesitation.

When I log for assistance I am not attended to and just put on hold for an "avaliable consultant or agent". Then latter I will be told that I will be assisted next day as consultants are not avaliable due to knock off time or they are offline.
