VUMA services not rendered but were paid.

I paid Vumatel a connection fee for them to connect my WiFi in February they didn’t render that service and till today I am waiting on my reimbur*****t. I feel insulted because they call and reassure me that they are going to come and they never do. I’m saddened by this because I work from home sometimes and I still buy data. It’s costing me a lot. I just want my money back.
