Vuma service is so bad and the urgent and the Technicain seems like they dont know what they are doing.

Vuma service is so bad and the urgent and the Technicain seems like they dont know what they are doing.The technician came to install fiber and the line is not working. On the router on LOS it is showing red.the technician advised me that they are logging a call for maintenance to come to check the power on the pole because there is too much power that is why the line is showing red.I called Vumatel on *** and the customer agent said this order OVR-*** does not match the serial number sn:***3C883A2B1 and again she said this was supposed to be installation and after activation but on her end is showing activation which is wrong and said the SN number does not correspond to the order number.can you please assist me and activate my line
