Vuma - Service does't exist but monopoly does!!!

Thought I would write another review as no one has answered the reply to my last review. I was told on Monday (after over a week of trying to get this sorted) that it would be 24 to 48 hours before I had a connection. Well, guess what, today is 48 hours and I still do not have internet.

Would someone from Vuma have the decency to reply to me and update me on the delay in my connection.....

Obviously, because Vuma has the monopoly in the area there is a don't give a damn attitude....
