VUMA SERVICE
They give you the run around! No technician ever comes out to fix your problem. They close your ticket before it's being resolved

In a few days it will be a month since I have no internet ! I have no correspondence from VUMA or Afrihost how they are going to fix my problem! No technician has ever been out to my place since they installed in 2020! I have been following up and I have been calling emailing awaiting for feedback. Losing money because you guys don't come out to fix your **** ... I will never use or recommend any to use Afrihost or VUMA! ITS A ****SHOW WITH *** SERVICE
