Vuma & SADV kaak service providers

Last week I had a bad experience waited for password to connect which I later got after complaining through this platform. To my suprise last night I received an sms that I should pay whereas it's only 6 days of me using the wifi. The wifi is now saying no internet access. What is this bad service that SADV & Vuma are giving me. This is unacceptable & inconveniencing as I do work from home. I keep on getting sms's that I should pay, pay how it's not even month end😡
