I have a problem and i sent text to one of the Agent phindile and she hasnt gotten back to me.I paid for my router on the 2/03/2022 n it got installed on the 8/03/2022.whereas i was fighting alreadyfor it to be installed.my router is showing a red flash light since from yesterday23/03/2022 morning and i cant figure out the problem,we switched it and off several times but still.when i call they tell me i must ask the Agent who helped me Register,the Agent does not communicate and when i call dhe hangs up my calls.
