Vuma rhymes with Zuma (useless)

We had the CPE installation on Wednesday 8 August, Address 106 Taurus Rd Amberley Unit 107, the blue power light is still not stable and the FX light is not on, the guys who installed said either by the end of the day or the next day (Thursday) I understand it was a public holiday, Friday no connection, its Monday now and we still have not received an Object number, Cell C already delivered the Router, we just waiting on VUMA!! Also getting hold of their support team is a nightmare, also very Rude.
