Vuma refuses to refund me my installation fee after they could not do the installation.

Vuma refuses to refund my money after they could not do the installation. It has been over 4 months waiting for money . Been sending emails to Comfort Mokoena, she has not rep**** to my emails. Sadly is the consultant that assisted me, is also not helping - I guess I was valuable to him when he needed commission !

After this I a filling a police report for **** and writing a complaint to ombudsman.
