Vuma reach is pathetic!
My sister has signed up and paid for installation, no one has contacted her since. They just send non-reply emails saying they cannot reach her. Calling in their customer service line is a complete waste on time, you will be kept in hold then suddenly the line disconnects. This is really annoying.
