Vuma Reach - Home Wi-Fi

I would like to express my displeasure on the service I got from Vuma Reach. I was assisted by Mrs Tshepang Hadebe whom from day one didn't do the right things.

Firstly it was my address that was captures incorrectly but I did share by address and location of her Whatsapp number and we experienced delays on the installation.

Secondly I requested M-Web as my ISP and I wasn't sent any reference number so as I can make payment. Today I only finds out I not on M-Web but Solostar as my ISP... I tried to reach Tshepang whom wasn't responsive, I only managed to talk to her using an alternative number she didn't know, again she couldn't answer me why and whom changed my ISP?

The lack of customer services and unprofessionalism received is disgusting to say the least.
